I hope this is acceptable, but with all of the negative reports we hear now and then, I feel it necessary to advise my modular colleagues when top notch service is delivered.

As many of you know after all of my research on blowers, I ended up purchasing a Vortec V2SQ Blower through Pro 5.0 racer Joe DaSilva's shop here in Canada. I assembled a tuner kit working directly with Dennis Reinhart and the specs that he has data logged to be most successful on a 2V motor.

Joe sent him my detailed mods list, and Dennis quickly sent up a custom burned RPC Chip in just a couple of days. This weekend, after much discussion with Dennis regarding the Anderson Ford Power Pipe, I decided to purchase one of these as well, and it arrived a day later.

What I find most impressive about Dennis' service is that since my chip was sent, he has been most helpful, and reminded me several times that he needs to see dyno numbers and a/f readings IMMEDIATELY after we install this package on my car, as he wants to make sure that everything is 100% to his standards, both horse power and a/f readings, and if not, he will correct the problem.

That makes me confident as a buyer; quick service on shipping, as well as thorough follow up. I am now very anxious for the snow to melt here in Canada so I can get my car up to Toronto and let Joe work his magic. With Joe DaSilva's install, and Dennis Reinhart's tuning, I should have a real performer.

I just wanted to share my experiences as I know there are many Modular cars out there who are debating on Steeda's kit and others. The Reinhart kit is hard to beat, especially when Dennis and I are expecting close to 400 safe rwhp for a good price.

This is not spam; just a report on some top notch modular service that deserves to be heard.

Thanks for the welcome...I have been cruising here for a week or so, and this place is great. Very informative, and true modular.

I appreciate your comments Darren. Though I would at least wait until the car is put together and everything is good. That car is gonna be a monster.

BTW- IMO the true test of customer service is what a vendor/tuner does when something does go wrong. :D

Fair enough, but you will notice that the bulk of my comments are regarding the customer service that I received during the buying process...that is really the intent of the post.

As for talking numbers, I certainly would not make any huge promises there until I have papers in hand.

Thanks for the comments though.
