So my question is, is there any reasons not to run an inline oil filter such a this one http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EAR-230304ERL , prior to the inlet port of my scavenge pump? Im just trying to keep debris out of my pump, something recently got in it and seized it up.

Also, I'm using the port that faces the ground off my oil filter mount (sorry don't know the term for it), not where the pressure sensor sits. My second question is that oil going through the sensor prior to hitting the turbos? Is there anything wrong with using something like this http://store.forcedperformance.net/PROD/FP4ANFilter.html
