I don't know about you, but I've never seen a TQ curve max at 4500rpm. Usually much lower than that. Or maybe the KB is like that, but I don't think so.....

did you look at yours on the dyno? That looks like some of the tuned KB curves I have seen. it may pick up a little on the low side when it's richened up, but it's not going to change that much.

The lean A/F is causing the loss of torque down low. Once the A/F is flattened out the torque curve will flatten out as well.
