i had my '03 dyno tuned last fri. and thought i'd share the #'s with you guys. the mods are: Densecharger,2.93 upper, Metco 100mm idler, Magnaflow catback, and a reflash of the stock computer.
the #'s were: 452 hp and 466 tq. these numbers were SAE. props go to Brian at Apten Performance in STL for a great job.

They are healthy numbers..293 is good pulley choice..

STL and Intense your guys numbers are close with virtually the same mods, have you guys ran each other on the street???

We ran right outside WFC from about a 30 roll...pulled even until 4th gear...when I mysteriously pulled many cars on him.

Remember Matt...push in the clutch and pull straight back to hit 4th gear. :evil

I shift at 6400 and only powershift 4th gear...cuz I'm skeered of the IRS :shocked

As you can see I'm fairly consistent...maybe I should have ran at WFC :confused:

I am going to see if Rick can raise my rev limiter up some more, it seems my car is always on the limiter!! Or at least I guess its the limiter and not the boost bypass coming in, I know the car loses all power for a split second and then its back, Ricks chip is supposed to take care of the boost bypass, its got to be the Rev limiter!

How high can you spin these motors? I am always hitting the dam thing in first. can they go over 7K????? Otherwise, nice tune....have fun with it.......Steve

I am gonna ask Rick to bump my limiter up to 6800 - 7000, not that I will ever rev it that high but it seems I am always brushing it where its at now, I just want some margin for error!! I know most have said that there is a 500 rpm flash on powershifts and I get that as well, raising the limiter another 500 rpm would assure I would never have this problem again.
