Went to the dyno yesterday here in Birmingham to let Chris Johnson retune the car and came away very happy...

on motor with 19-20 psi and 21.5 degrees of timing we made 570 rwhp

on motor with a 20 hp shot of NOS we made 603 rwhp:D

I will post the track times today on a new thread

21.5 degrees of timing! Holy bat turds man!!!! I can't believe it's still togeather bro. Your car should be on a box of lucky charms man. I can't tell you how impressed I am with your results. Your car just loves to withstand all that power man. I am running 13 degrees of timing in my car. For some reason it dips to 10 degrees in the 5200-5400 range but picks right back up to 13 again. I saw a friggin 98 cobra with a procharger on the dyno the other day and he was running 33degrees of total timing. Man Brian your really making me want to turn the boost up on my ride.:D

Hey Brian,

I'm pretty fasinated with your car and had a couple more questions for you. What kind of dyno did you use when you got these numbers and are they SAE corrected? I'm curious just so that I can compare them with what I have. If those aren't the SAE numbers could you post those up as well? Lastly, what kind of A/F ratios do you have? Sorry to bombard you with questions.;)

hey dude ,
have you got your car to the track yet to try out the new tune ?

the dyno I used was a new inground dynojet at www.walkerdynotune.com .

Those were my corrected #'s, I let out at 7400 rpm

HP @ 4000 320
HP @ 4500 391
HP @ 5000 462
HP @ 5500 520
HP @ 6000 587 a/f 10.3-1
HP @ 6500 596 a/f 11.4-1
HP @ 7000 600 a/f 12.3-4
HP @ 7400 603 a/f 12.6-12.7-1

A/F at max hp is around 12.6-12.7-1
at 7400

The Blower is probably operating out of its effeciency range up top , I have a True Blue shortrunner intake I am gonna get on the car with the imrc deletes and see if it will help some

I am also running the new 55 lb injectors with stock rails ,-6 feed line, Bosch 390 lph inline pump and a 255 intank , and a 3-1 fmu

How far have you twisted the engine? It looks like it might have kept climbing a bit more in the RPM's.

Still.. very amazing and Congrats again!

I haven't been to the track yet but I do plan on running this sunday if the weather is decent. My main downfall at this point is that I don't have ET Streets. I am running on Nitto DR's. At least I will get a little more seat time in the car regardless.;)

Your numbers are awesome man and you must be greatful that the stock block is holding up so well. I'm really tempted to push my car further, but at the same time I think of the 2 cobras that recently blew up. My numbers in the sig are at 7000rpm's. I peg my LMAF at that point. I wouldn't mind turning a few hundred more rpm's, But I'm not sure wich MAF will correct this problem on my car. I do have the modified LMAF from JMS. My whole setup is off of Casey Grovers car if your familiar with that. Anyway thanks for sharing all the info. It's priceless to me and helps me to have a better understanding of what to look for.

Thanks,
Razor.
