Ive recently heard a sheering/sqeauling/grinding noise when I press in my clutch from any gear. Im on stock clutch and stock tob/spline.

Im almost certain its the TOB and the Sleeve if not then the pilot bearing.

In all likelihood it's both, and probably your clutch as well, depending on mileage. If you're going to rip it apart, replace the clutch while you're in there-

If you can move the clutch arm up and down at the transmission, then it's your sleeve. Normally, the clutch arm should just be able to move front to back.
