If I'm running an O/R H... will I still pass the computer part (not worried about visual) of the inspection if the rear O2's are just turned off in the tune or will I need to swap and catted H and tune just for the inspection?

Not necessarily true...If the rear O2's are turned off in the tune, odds are the monitors arn't set. If enough monitors are not set, the car will fail. I used MIL's from a 2V on my 2006, and I passed no problem.

My set up is way beyond stock now, I have some code issues now. I need a way to get a inspection done.
Besides using the 1 yr waver shops can grant to cars requiring more that $500 to make passable
