pulled my intake so i can pull my motor and there is oil in the bottom of the intake, probably about a 3 inch square....wtf???

It's being sucked in from the PCV vavles. Quite common and we're all still working on the cure.

Very common on the blower cars and cars equipped with early Breed valve covers.

Been discussed heavily in the past over on the Depot.

The depot? what's that and where? Was there evere mentioned on how to solve this problem?

One solution a lot of guys use is to put an in-line separator in the tube to capture the oil. Others use an older style PCV valve. A catch-can can also be plumbed inline.
