Discovered a leak at the snout yesterday. It's a pretty mild leak. It's has developed from either excessive racing with 13 psi, pulling the 3.10 off on Saturday, or the new 2.80 heatsoaking and blowing the seal.

Either way, I need a new gasket, oil, and torque specs. Any help?

Thanks Rick, I will ask SVT and let you know the results. BTW - I talked to Lynn today. I'm the guy who wants to exchange the 2.80 for a 2.93.

The Blower/intake gasket is reuseable. There is no gasket between the snout and the blower assembly. There is only a bead of "Loctite 510" around the flange and on the bolt threads. The bolts of the snout are to be torqued to 20ft/lbs.

Unfortunately the blower is just like the transmission. The Ford dealers can't get any parts for them. They are serviced as one unit. I checked into the price of a blower snout at a dealer and that's how I found out.
