I am considering running an exhaust with a valve that will switch from open long tube headers to a full standard xpipe and catback.
These systems have been out for quite a few years. Just wondering if this will work ok or would require a new program on the chip and increased boost (with the open header config)?

I am not sure how these cars run like that. Seems even the real big guns are still running a full exhaust..even back through the tailpipes. I think you will lose way too much low end torque and maybe even some power and hurt your ET's more than help.

These cars sure are different than the pushrod V8's I am use to.
