Obviously you want to run lower compression when having a blown combo but what are you guys with the BIG #s running? My manley rods came in today and I'm ordering pistons tommorrow (CP or Diamond) buy I wanted to see what most people have in terms of compression ratio. I've heard you can go too low for a street car. Hoping to get 500 rwhp or more when completed along with good driveability (& I know CJ will give me that). Thanks for any suggestions.

just get the 17cc dish, if you're looking to supercharge, and, with untouched PI heads, that should put your right around 9:1 compression. that will be great for street driving (similar to what you already have if you have a PI car) and give you plenty of space for some compressed air.
