I am installing a Western Motorsports DFI into my 92 lx with a 4.6 2V. This system requires you to use a DIS-4. I can not get the car to start. From what I have found, the ground side of the coil pack (coil on plug system) so go to 0 volts when I am cranking the car. It has 12V now and does not change when you crank the car. Could a bad crank position sensor cause this? Any other things to look at? Thanks

One of the dip switches needs to be changed from the default position to change from the 360 degree firing of the coil pack system to the 720 degree of the coil on plug. It is in the set of dip switches labeled SW1 and is the 4th switch in that set. It needs to be set to the off position for coil on plug. Also be sure that the switched power source to the DIS 4 has 12 volts while starting rather than the voltage going away while cranking.
