My idle is jumping from 500rpm to 1100rpm. No leaks, timing chain maybe? Idle is rough as well.
Also rpm's jump up 200-300 when driving and i push in on the clutch could it have anything to do with the fact that I don't have any voltage going to my O.S.S. (V.S.S.)?
Any ideas anyone?

Well,
Its possible its the c&l meter.Try cleaning the sensor wire inside and re seat the sensor.

Just FYI the tbody HURTS power(dyno proving this on my web site).
But i had this issue before N\A and it was a dirty sensor in my c&L.
Clean it reset the computer(disconnect battery).Crank and let idle till the coolant fan cycles once. Then it should be fine.
