Is it ok if i ran a K&N directly on the inlet of the blower instead of a power pipe? I am venting to the air so i do not need that port on the power pipe. My IAT is mounted after the blower, and i am running a breather for the valve cover. So pretty much nothing connects to the power pipe. Would it be ok to put the filter on the blower? I figure this would be least restrictive.

Dave...

...I dont see it being a problem, I see alot of "track" only cars that do it that way, not sure on a daily driver? I do have other thoughs on the inlet-pipe....now Im not a S/C guru but I think a pipe wth a spec lenght could increase air volume to the s/c, maybe one wth a "venturi" could increae air speed ? hmmm...
hey Tim, gotta' another idea !!
