My research (forum searches) has lead me to believe that the install is not a direct swap for a 2000 Gt. Only 01-04's are direct swaps. What does the install consist of for the 00 Gt? Thanks

I think the pigtail is different but I could be wrong. As far as I know everything else is the same.

its a direct swap for 98-04. I have an aviator in my '98 GT

Cool Thanks, I have been being told that a new connector would have to be spliced on to the harness.

I put a focus pump in my 99 gt.
There is an aftermarket walbro that is 255 LPh and only like a hundred. Cheaper than the focus . Wish I had known.

I have been told that the walbro pumps go out faster than the ford focus and gt. Mainly due to the returnless fuel systems and the voltage variations that the cpu send to the pumps. I am not certain just what was told to me. If someone knows more please chime in, I am interested to read about it.

I thought this walbro was made specfially for a returnless system. But I don't know that.

I was told the Focus pump last longer as well. I've had my walbro for 40k + miles of daily driving on a Vortech S/C. No problem!! Went and bought a Focus pump and it's been sitting on the shelf waiting. Lol
