T-45 to 4r70w swap: Need auto parts

I am looking to swap my T-45 for a 4r70w. I am need of everything that goes with the swap. I have a 2000 GT. The parts I am in need of is:

-4r70w transmission
-99-04 wiring harness for tranny
-99-04 ECU to control tranny
-Flexplate
-Converter
-Shifter
-Shifter cable
-Pedal assembly
-Driveshaft yoke

I will have parts from my T-45 if someone wants to trade or buy them. The T-45 will need to be rebuilt. Willing to work out a deal for a straight swap.
