my car just isn't running strong now for some reason.

someone over at the corral said i need to regap my plugs.

I have autolite 764's gapped at .055. He said it should be around .045.

would that help? My car has been feeling a little on the sluggish side. I'm saving up and waiting for my magnaflow x pipe, so i know when i get that it won't feel sluggish anymore.

Hey Matt, I have mine gapped at .052, and have never really had a problem. Now I'm not sure what your supposed to gap the 99+ Stangs at, so maybe you might look more into that. :)

I believe spark plug gap from the factory is .42-.46. When doing tune-ups at work, i set them at .44. right in the middle.

Maybe for a 5 liter, but for the modulars it's .052 - .056. And I just changed mine a couple of weekends ago, and set them to .050.
