is weekend me and my friend were changing my throttle body so i didn’t unplug the battery. I was wrenching on the idle air control valve with an extended ratchet and the ratchet hit the positive terminal of the alternator and now my car won’t start. I checked all of the fuses and they all seem to be fine. I changed a few just in case and the car still won’t start. Everything on the dash lights up like normal and cranks like normal but does not run. I don’t know what else to check, any help?

I'd start at the battery and use a test light to see where power is lacking. Also check any fusible links if you have any
