I was just curious here. If ford gives you two key's, and you want to tune your boss because you want to throw a blower on it or whatever, do you loose the option of using the red key and what ford changes in the tune? How does this work?

Yes, you lose the option of using the track key. The key program does not accommodate for an aftermarket tune.

I guess I'm kind of confused as to why you would want to use the TracKey after a tune, anyways - it only changes engine parameters, right? Using a 'stock', albeit track tune on a blower car wouldn't be a good idea!

Im just asking how they are tuning these car's. I don't own a boss and seeing they have two key's it kinda suck's that you can't have the red key characteristic's on the car.
