Up coming event going for a World Record 4/12/2014

PLAN ON HAVING ALL FOUR OF MY CARS THERE AND EVEN THE PINTO AS IT IS SORT OF A MUSTANG WITH A MOD MOTORAND THE POSSABLITY OF A 1995 Saleen i working on getting

2014 is the 50th anniversary of the All American Ford Mustang. In celebration of this milestone all the local Mustang clubs, dealers and lovers of this car will be arranging for a world record parade of Mustangs staging at the Woodburn Drag Strip for a parade around the local area of the track.
The record is held by our Canadian friends up north of 620 Mustangs. We want that record to be here in the USA and we want the Great North West to bring it home to the states.
Here is the exciting part, if we get at least "621" Mustangs to register for this event, we will break that record and be in the history books.
This will be held in Spring on the 12th of April 2014.
This is a ways away but the Mt. Hood Mustang and Ford Club of Oregon has to start now and as early as possible with this big of an event to work. Thanks for your support.....

It's not directly related to the subject but I guess I can add this:
I was in the 620 Mustang record, in 2008. Here's one thread on our local forum about the event (sorry it's in french). There's picture if you scroll down. http://www.montrealmustang.org/foru...d-guinness-2008-victoriaville-photo-aerienne/
In fact, there was more than 620 mustangs, but they counted the number of VIN and some people were not willing to give it, go figure why.
It was a very nice event, lot of fun. I hope you will have a great day and beat our record :good:
