Well its that time again. Another great year in MODULAR history is in the can. It's time to vote for Modular Racer of the Year again. This time we are going to do it a little differently. We are having a write in vote whereby everyone is eligible with a few small restrictions. There are too many people for me to mention that are deserving in some way of this award. Some many dedicated racers have taken so many different approaches we will leave the criteria up to the voter.

Restrictions
#1 - To be eligible for the award, the person must own or owned a Ford Modular powered car during 2002.
#2 - To be eligible for the award, the person must have raced his own vehicle.
#3 - To be eligible for the award this person must have entered at least one major event this year which include any NMRA event, any FFW event, the 2002 World Ford Challenge, or the 2002 Modular Shootout. It does not matter what class the racer has entered.

This award does not limit the voting to Ford racers of 96 or up Mustang Bodies. Modular powered Fox body owners, Lightning truck, Thunderbird, and Lincoln owners are all eligible as well. All types of Modular Engine owners are eligible and we are not limiting the voting to 4.6 owners.

Instructions
Email [email protected] and put in the subject 2002 Modular Racer of the year award. In the body of the message put your selecton. Limit one vote to each email address. Repeat voters will not be counted.

Deadline
The deadline for voting is January 31st.

The winner will be announced on Saturday July 26th, at the 2003 Ford Mod Motor shootout and will be presented with a jacket, plaque, and a cash award of $500. MM&FF and other magazine publications will cover the ceremony as well.

Let the fun begin :D
