Horsepower and torque cross at 5252RPM, but how come some dyno charts don't cross there? Something up with the dyno or what?

I think it is because the values are different between the two. If they are set the same, they will cross. :beerchug:

Yeah, that's it.

Look at the numbers on both sides of the graph. If the number value across the lines is the same, they will cross at 5252. :beerchug:

They cross at 5252rpm on every single motor and it has to do with the formula for calculating hp from torque.

hp = (torque x rpm) / 5252.

When your rpm's are = 5252 they cancel out in the formula and just leave you with hp = torque. That is why they cross.
