Without getting into the discussion of why it is no longer available in SCT's software, here is a value file I created long ago that will take care of everything when removing EVAP. If you have a PRP, unzip this file, then go to File, Load All Values, and select the attached file. You will not see the changes, but it will eliminate the EVAP stuff correctly.

Anytime fellas. Let me know if you need anything else, I've never had a problem sharing.
Well, as long as I am being needy here's another one: I need to set up my tune, that is currently set up returnless, for a return setup with no FRPS. Is that possible, or do I need the FRPS installed for some reason in the tune?

It isn't a must to keep the FRPS, but it is a good idea. If you remove it and for whatever reason after your done tuning it, you decide to change the fuel pressure, you will need to adjust the tune.

If you keep it, the PCM can adjust the injector pulsewidth just like it does with the returnless. If you change the pressure, everything stays the same (so long as you have accurate injector data).

At any rate, to convert to return without the FRPS is simple:

In System Switches, Scalars, set Fuel Pump System Type to 0

In Fuel Pump, Scalars, set the Proportional, Integral, and Derivative gains to 0.

In Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump Voltage Table, set the entire table to 15 volts.

In Misc, Scalars, disable (set to zero) the following DTC codes - P0190, P0191, P0193, P0232, P1233, and P1237.

Thanks, Eric. I'll probably have more questions, but I'll create another thread. It's been over a year since I have tuned the car, so I am a little rusty to be honest.
